    Hydrotherapy is the use of water, in any of its forms, for the maintenance of health or the treatment of disease (Wardle, ). This includes techniques like water packs, mud packs, spinal baths, hip bath, hot foot and arm bath (Joseph et al., ).     I first found this story in a book called Naked. No, it wasn't a nudie book, but a collection of nature-lovin' stories. Then I found out that this particular story was taken from The Tapir's Morning Bath (you can read more here - click). This book thought me a lot about environmental science and how water, air, earth works, possible changes that can be done. Definitely an excellent book to learn about earth environment and how it behaves over time.

It was very useful for college. I still got it saved and I still remember most of it, has some graphics and good explanation/5(5). Her book gives credence to her teaching by its amazing breadth and depth of understanding across the field of body movement.
